 我常对学生说：“老师带入门；修行靠自己。”我从不让学生死背《易经》；反对死背、反对死记、反对一切死搬硬套。反是在我本门毕业的学生，都有个共同点：既是“火眼金睛，看透白骨精；三言两语道破庐山正面目”。虽听来不可思议，但是如果你是玄学界有段时期，你就明白这是成为玄学家的根本底线. 我既是你的老师，你也称我为师；自然我有为师的义务指导你，辅导你。在玄学的大海里扶持你。
别人怎么死背风水公式，你别理他们。因为即便将易经64卦、384爻给背得滚瓜烂熟，也无法成为真正开悟的明师（明明白白，大彻大悟的老师）；顶多在面外汉（外行）面前，耍点花招，得点名气。为生么？ 因为凡是死背易经公式，风水公式（formula) ; 甚至可以倒过来背诵硬碰碰得公式… 这也不过是 〈道可道〉的水准或层次，还没修到〈非常道〉。
老师要你参悟《道德经》。因为《易经》是你的<干将>，而《道德经》就是你的<莫邪>. 你必须〈道易〉双修；因为中华大体系之《道统》至黄帝求道于广成子就奠定 “性命双修”。你既然是炎黄之后，自然今生肉身于《道统》的圈子里， 这是你的缘分。 《道缘》是看你与《道德经》的缘分；《易缘》是看你与易经的因果.  千金难买也……
如果有一天，你右手握〈干将〉；左手把〈莫邪〉， 那时你离开 〈非常道〉不远了…..；
 老师就是指望你进入〈非常道〉的境界，那时你就明白，可谓〈道法自然〉。
要学你就学<老子>, 因为老子的道行远远超乎任何风水祖师…..
因为<老子> 的《非常道》承上古之道；后启所有道学和数术; 道是本源；术是末流。
本源是 《非常道》 ； 末流是 《可道》。 只要你掌握本源（道）；自然末流(数术）就在你眼底下.
如你明白老师这些简短的话；那恭喜你，你离开《非常道》的距离又再缩短了.

《道统》；既是中华5000年历史中《道》之大传承、大系统、大道理. 老子是《道统》的关键人物。严格来论，孔子虽问道于老子；但可惜没有得到真正的道统传承。后续的儒家更是远离《道统》越来越远。时下的易经传承更是离经本义遥远，几乎叛离《道统》.
本院以《道统》为依据，演绎〈易〉的神采精华。在此引用小段经文帮助对易经有心志研究者.
  易源于象，无象无易，归象为易，以明其意。
  象乃是物，时之所变，空之所化，象即时间。
  物有可见，亦有凡人不可见物。
  昔皆可见，人渐退化，物在目前，视而不见。
  修炼之炼，谓之炼目，使之能观，亦如亲见。
  如若不见，何以穷究，何以见闻？
  修炼之修，即是修心。何为修心，心天相应。
  如若心天，不成相应，盲修瞎炼，如何能归？
  天目不开，亦如天瞎，冥思苦索，十分艰难。如何补救，唯凭相应。
  相应昆仑，会有领路。是故修行，相应第一。出世间法，皆在相应。
  只有天目，而无相应，不仅无益，反受其害。
  无天相应，妄开天目，自然而然，三恶道观。
  何以至此，凡心本见。

  古易之成，千古之验。
  历代列尊，往来次次，开天辟地，通力合作。
  众星采象，经吾之手，集之大成。
  古易得来，实属不易。列祖列尊，屡败屡战，求真忘死，千失百败，以命采集，万象归结。
  
  连山古易，依据之象，来自列祖，以命换取，集总成结，以示生存。
  古易之密，皆为功法，内含生存，保命之技。
  归易之易，不同连山，其之差别，侧重不一。
  归易之重，重在回归。古易之重，重在生息。
  归古二易，秘中之密，不二之门，回归心法。
  
  易之层次，深浅多种，适用不同，各取所需。
  易之表象，皆为生存，不同处境，示不同法。
  归易之象，开变应化，极深极大，通天御地，无往不至。
  此乃众心，心之所向，众星采象，集之大成。
  易之功能，遍及寰宇，其之内容，冰马天河，乘月西去……
  古易连山，冰河五四，大显神威……玄凤随去，亦战亦观，亦观亦战，风雪满天……
  古易连山，归易雪山，雪山口处，连山之西。
 
如果你仔细阅读以上经文，你不难发现，〈修炼〉是掌握易经不可且少的一部分。因为没有〈修炼〉就没有天眼。
没有天眼，你的凡眼就 看不到 〈那看不到的物、言、象等等〉
如果你的易经老师真正掌握易经 ；他必须已经通过〈修炼〉而天眼开，可以看那肉眼看不到的一切的一切.
