其次莫若明动静。动静若言乎其变通也。是以古云：水本动，欲其静。山本静，欲其动。此达理之言也。故凡天下之理，欲向动上求静，静上求动。不欲静愈静，动愈动也。夫山以静为常，是惟无动则成龙矣。水以动为常，是惟无静则结地矣。故成龙之山，必踴跃翔舞。结地之水，必湾环悠洋。若其偃、硬、强、勒、冲、激、牵、射，则动不离动，静不离静，山水之不融结者也。然一动一静，互相循环。山亦有动极而静，水亦有静极而动，不可执一论，又在人融化之为妙也。
  In order to strengthen your career, you good self need to fully understand 动静“dong jing” concept.  The “dong jing” concept could be understood as “Action & Inaction”, or “Movement & Calmness“.

Basically I have closed my chapter of 2011 yesterday, 20-Nov-2011; a month before Winter Solstice.  I finished the last 2 days with my inner circle students for water dragon courses (19-20 Nov 2011) in Penang.
