I would like to dedicate this article to those who celebrated my birthday last week. They are Shirley Sia(from KL),Bryan Ong (from Penang), Wai Loon(from Penang), Rachel How(from Ipoh), Allex Tan(from Ipoh) and Esther Chan(from Penang). At the very first, I thought it was a Chinese New Year Reunion Lunch (Chinese tend to have this kind of social function), but, towards the end when the birthday cake was presented to me, I was surpirsed by their “hidden agenda”. I am very appreciated to 6 of them who gave me a memorable birthday for year 2012. I am touched by their caring and concern. Once again thanks to Shirley Sia, Bryan Ong, Allex Tan, Rachel How and Esther Chan.

Penang Chinese Style New Year Reunion.
After the meal, we went up to the top floor. you could find a procelain rosster well located on the middle of the root top. This is quite common in Penang for pre-war 2 buildings.
