Kasikorn Bank (Formerly known asThai Farmers Bank) Feng Shui 1
Last month I was in Bangkok for conducting a personal feng shui coaching and for Dragon Searching in Saraburi. During the time, I was taken to analyze the feng shui of Thailand ’s third largest bank – Thai Farmers Bank.

We enjoyed along the way to Kasikorn Bank HQ and examined the locality from various perspectives and angles. As shown in the picture, Kasikorn Bank is located near to River Menam Chao Phraya and RAMA IX Bridge. The building is embraced nicely by River Menam Chao Phraya, and many practitioners would say this is good feng shui. However, according to the top management of this bank, this building did not generate good profit. On the contrary, it is a burden to the corporation. Many feng shui masters had been called and many of them suggested different solutions. From realignment of the main door, relocating of the main door, putting Hindu God, reconstruction of the garden, refurbishment, renovation, adding feng shui elements,yet, NO improvement. The corporate had engaged Hong Kong masters, Taiwan masters, local master and Hindu priest.Yet, the problem still existed, until the very end, today, the problem has been solved totally by a few feng shui methods which are ………… ………
Kasikorn Bank at Menam Chao Phraya River
Let us examine one by one of the feng shui defects. No doubt, the river is embracing the Kasikorn Bank HQ. However, the orientation of the building was not built based on feng shui consideration as the owner did not believe in feng shui (according to what I heard, I have no proof of this). But, the business of this building was always under performance since the operation began. So, the management has no choice but to consider alternative counter measurement. In this case, one after another master had came and gone, but, the headache was still there.

Kasikornbank Public Company Limited (SET: KBANK) formerly known as the Thai Farmers Bank (Simplified Chinese: 泰华农民银行) was established on 8 June 1945 by Choti Lamsam, with registered capital of Baht 5 million and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) since 1976. The current chairman is Mr Banyong Lamsam and as of 31 December 2003, the bank is the fourth largest commercial bank in Thailand as measured by total assets, loans, and deposits. Kasikorn Bank has a registered capital of Baht 26.9 billion and paid up capital of Baht 23.6 billion with total assets of Baht 820.9 billion, total deposits of Baht 685.2 billion and total loans and accrued interest receivables outstanding of Baht 531.6 billion. The bank offers consumer, commercial, and corporate banking services, including lending, deposit-taking, credit card services, international trade financing, custodian services, asset management, and investment banking services. As of 1 September 2009, Kasikornbank operated 729 branches, 5900+ ATMs, 86 foreign exchange offices and 58 international trade centers throughout Thailand. The bank branch network extends throughout Thailand’s 76 provinces, as well as internationally with four branches overseas in Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Cayman Islands and Shenzhen and three representative offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Kunming.
Dear master, i think the main problem come from the building design itself and the main door direction. It’s also come from bridge sha chi( can be minimised by adjusting the building orientation) . Hope some guidance from master, thank you.
