It has been prosperous since 1960s till today. This area also covers Hill Side and Jeselton, which are two very dominant rich men residential bungalows and properties.

WOW !!! Its like this …so its show that topography is main key for city-town planning or planning very big projects like big factory 100 acres or more then it if this is excellent then other things are not much matter.
By the way we can see topography by Google earth its give right picture or we have to observe from helicopter.

I am trying to understand this picture and feeling that topography is great but there are also many dragon spots too and all you give location of hotel are near this spot. Tanjong Bungka is no. 1 the best spot, Telok Alieng is 2nd best as I feel.
