The landed property price in Sungai Ara (Taman Desa Ria)recently rose tremendously. Even condo like Regency Height’s price is rising madly. As the next 20 years time dimension 2024 till 2044(9th Yun) will prosper “South”, Here therefore would like to seek your advice whether the feng shui here is worth to invest this area (Taman Desa Ria).
