This place is called Shi Dian 石碇双峰. It is well-known for the many Twin Babies that were born into the surrounding areas.

You can see the Double Mountains at the picture below. At the lower ground from the mountain, you can see the lakes. When dragon meets with water, then, dragon is just around the corner.
