The Powerful Dragon Vein – Kek Lok Si Temple, Penang
超强的龙脉– 槟城极乐寺

Despite of World Economy Crisis, Kek Lok Si Temple 槟城极乐寺 is still playing a very significant role in generating cash flow for PENANG economy in Penang State, Malaysia. If you have been staying in Penang for more than 10 years, you would agree with me that Kek Lok Si Temple is making a yearly financial turnover not lesser than any major Multi-National Corporations at Free Trade Zone!

These photos of Kek Lok Si Temple below were taken in year 2007. You can see the Grand Parent Mountain 祖山 at the back which is running from the South towards North. However, the Grand Parent Mountain does not run straight to Batu Feringghi of Penang Island. It bends and crooks 转弯 45 degree at Air Itam Area 亚依淡区, near Penang Hill 升旗山. This 45 degree physical structural formation change escorting the twisting of the Qi 气之转换. Twisting of the Qi indicates the final purification process of Qi before the Convergence of Vibrant Geocosmic Current (聚生气) further. Then, the Qi converge itself 束气 into thinner dragon vein 束腰 (which is hidden in the pictures) and dives at much lower latitude 断跌 compares to its source, the Grand Parent Mountain before resurfaces to form incoming dragon head 入首龙 and Parent Mountain 父母山 prior to Star Mountain of dragon spot 穴星.

In this case, the shape of Parent Mountain is semi round which is metal in element nature. Most of the feng shui master would stop at Parent Mountain in term of Searching for the dragon spot 寻龙点穴. However, the actual process is not yet finished. After the Parent Mountain, The Qi would eventually fine-tuned into Star Mountain of dragon spot 穴星.

If you are able to zoom down and narrow down to Star Mountain of dragon spot, it means the dragon spot is just around the corner. In this case of Kek Lok Si Temple, it is so obvious that the location of the temple is on the Star Mountain of dragon spot. This was contributed by the respected feng shui master who idealized this construction many decades last time. The material gains of Kek Lok Si Temple until today very much indebted to this feng shui master.

Nevertheless, I have a few questions for you.

1. Why the direction of the temple does not aligned correctly with the whole physical topography configuration?
2. Why the locality of the Temple does not fine tuned into Dragon spot although it is on the Star Mountain of dragon spot？
3. Do you think that the Temple was constructed right on top of the dragon spot?

尽管环球经济处在危机阶段，然而槟城世界闻名的极乐寺仍然发挥着非凡而又重要的正面经济效应作用！它，多年来制造了非常丰富的现金流量给槟城岛屿的经济，是槟州的经济命脉。如果您已经在槟城住上了10年，你会同意我的看法的，因为极乐寺每年的香油收入额是不低于该州内任何的跨国大公司年度营业业绩。

以下极乐寺的照片是我在2007年拍下的。你可以看到在极乐寺背面的祖山是从南到北。然而，大祖山没有直运行至Batu Feringghi, 反而它弯曲了，再转弯45度到接近升旗山的亚依淡，这45度物理结构的变化扭曲形成了气之转换。这气的转换就像气表面最后净化的过程进一步收敛活跃而聚生气，接着，束气然后进入超薄龙脉而束腰（这是隐藏在图片）和后断跌到很低的纬度，形成龙头入首和父母山和穴星等。

在这种情况下，父母山的形状是属于半圆的金属元素的性质。大部分风水师会停止在父母山内寻龙点穴。但是实际的过程尚未完成，在父母山堆群中，气最终将微调到穴星内的龙穴！

如果您可以将眼界缩小至到穴星，这意味着真正极乐寺的座向是位于龙穴的附近了，在这种情况下极乐寺是非常明显的其位置是在穴星的位置上。这个穴是十多年前被一位非常受尊重的风水师所点的， 今天极乐寺香火鼎盛这位受尊重风水师功劳不可抹。

不过，我有几个问题让大家思考下：

1. 为什么极乐寺的方向并没有和龙脉的地形一致呢？

2. 为什么当地的寺庙没有调整寺庙置在正确的穴星上？

3. 你认为该庙建在正确到位的龙穴上吗？
